Founder of ICORR Properties International, Ron has been involved in property management since 1978.
After obtaining an Honours Degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, he brokered financial instruments for a Wall Street investment firm, was an investment real estate sales agent for Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis), and an international loans officer for Bank of America.
Ron holds a Brokers Real Estate License in Florida and is a Past Chairman of the London Regional Art and Historical Museum.

Susanne joined ICORR in 2010 and handles all aspects of leasing for the Florida retail and office properties. She started her real estate career in 1999 and has worked with R.E.I.T.s as well as privately-held office and retail development companies in Denver and Sarasota.
Susanne holds a Broker’s Real Estate License as well as the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) and Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designations. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals (FGCAR), the Commercial Investment Division (CID), the Sarasota and Longboat Key Chambers of Commerce, and the Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County.

Adam joined ICORR in 2017 and acts as Managing Director of ICORR Properties, overseeing Financial Services and Property Management operations.
After graduating from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2011, he worked on the IBM account at Ogilvy & Mather in their Digital Advertising group in New York. In 2012, he moved to California to join Google in Mountain View, CA, where he worked as an Account Executive, and later, a Team Lead on their Google AdSense and AdMob platforms for 5 years.
Adam is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Florida and an active ICSC Member. He has an avid interest in the intersection of Buildings and Energy Efficiencies and holds LEED Certifications.

Tom came to ICORR Properties from Colorado with over 30 years of Property Management experience. He is a results-oriented manager with a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the University of Pittsburg who enjoys giving back to the local community whenever possible.
When in Colorado, he oversaw almost 3 million square feet of High Rise Commercial Real Estate in Denver and Colorado Springs. During this time he negotiated numerous leases totaling over 5 million square feet, and completed over $60 million in Capital and Tenant Improvements.
Tom was the President of BOMA Southern Colorado and also served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Springs Business Improvement District. He has two children and now resides in downtown Sarasota.

Priscilla Gomez is an accounting professional with 15 years of experience working in both the private and government sector.
​
At ICORR, she oversees the Financial Services division and ensures accurate property accounting and financials for over 30 properties from Texas to Florida.
Priscilla has served on the board for multiple non profit organizations in both Colorado and Texas. Priscilla has extensive experience in financial statement analysis, tax preparation, auditing & IT Management.​
